Spring, are you teasing, or is it really you?

The art of Pancakery came to her late in life but with a vengeance
Orangette’s Oatmeal Pancakes which I’ve renamed Porridge Pancakes for the pleasing alliteration and made maybe eight times since I discovered them – with blueberries, with raspberries and plain – are superlative. The subtle sweetness of the oatmeal makes me feel calm and happy at breakfast time and when I graze on the leftovers during the day. Also, Dutch Babies – I’m not sure where they’ve been all my life but I must make up for lost time, not difficult since they take about 1.5 seconds to make. They’re mochi mochi too, bonus.
