I miss tempe, Indonesian traditional soybean cake. When it’s Winter, there’s not even a single bar I could seek in supermarkets or Asian groceries. Have a safe and great trip!

I miss the sea, something awful. And the idea of a ‘glorified pond’ seems spot-on, having grown up around both. I’ve got my fill, for now. But once you’re born into such majesty, I do think it is hard to live up to it, ever after.

BTW, love the idea of an Austro-Japanese po’ boy. Brilliant.
