Actually, that’s not strictly true; F. took this video at Götztepe Market – recommended by the intrepid Robyn Eckhardt of Eating Asia whose every suggestion hit the spot – in Istanbul which is actually on the Eastern side so it might be more accurate to say “in the east.” Either way, prepare to be amazed.
